Fees and Revenue

Volta Finance has the following fees:

  • Repayment Fees: Users pay a repayment fee equal to 0.5% of their debt when repaying their stablecoin debt to unlock the underlying collateral. This fee is denominated in the collateral token.

  • Performance Fees: Volta offers the possibility to wrap income generating tokens into autocompounding tokens (example: GNS -> voltGNS) that automatically accrue value. On this value increase is applied a Performance Fee. gDAI performance fee: 0% voltGNS performance fee: 7.5% voltGMX performance fee: 7.5% voltGLP performance fee: 10%

THERE IS NO DEPOSIT FEE AND NO INTEREST ON THE LOANS.

How is revenue distributed?

70% of fees are distributed to Curve Liquidity Providers. 30% of fees are distributed to VOLTA stakers.

Every wednesday fees collected during the previous 7 days are distributed.
